Everything you are looking for and more 📦

We are a market-leading logistics company with an established presence and a strong track record of excellence. As we embark on an ambitious new phase of growth -accelerated by a recent strategic merger & acquisition - we are seeking a Strategic Operations Lead to strengthen the operational backbone of our transformation.

This high-impact role will act as a strategic partner and liaison between our Head of Southern Europe Operations, the Director of Operations for Iberia, and a broad network of internal and external stakeholders across both legacy and newly integrated organizations. The person in this position will play a pivotal role in ensuring alignment, communication, and coordinated execution across multiple functions and geographies.

We are looking for a business-oriented, highly autonomous professional with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-complexity environments. Success in this role requires not only outstanding coordination and organizational skills but also the confidence and leadership to navigate ambiguity, drive initiatives forward, and influence without formal authority.

Importantly, this role is also viewed as a key stepping stone toward future leadership positions within the company, offering high visibility and exposure to strategic decision-making at the regional level.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have?

  • Act as the primary point of contact between Operations Directors and various stakeholders (internal departments, external partners, newly merged teams).
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that support the integration process following our recent M&A.
  • Drive execution of complex projects across departments with high levels of coordination and accountability.
  • Ensure alignment on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables between operational teams.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders with different backgrounds, goals, and working styles.
  • Proactively identify challenges and propose practical, business-minded solutions in high-pressure or time-sensitive scenarios.
  • Support decision-making processes by preparing summaries, reports, and actionable insights.
  • Champion a culture of ownership, clarity, and efficiency in operations and project execution.

Well, what will the requirements be?

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or stakeholder management—preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a similarly dynamic industry.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with C-level executives and operational teams alike.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-stakes, fast-paced environments and manage urgency with poise.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of business drivers and operational impact.
  • Leadership ability without formal authority; able to align and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-objective projects - balancing budget constraints, team dynamics, and process efficiency.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with a structured and data-driven approach to challenges.
  • Professional-level English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the eCommerce industry and fluency in Spanish are considered strong advantages.
