Senior Marketing Manager – Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) - Milan, Italy

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager – LCV (Light Commercial Vehicles) to lead the European product marketing for our commercial vehicle range in terms of product portfolio, go-to-market strategy and long-term competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle management for the LCV range – from conception, launch and evolution, to end-of-life.
• Develop and execute mid- and long-term product strategies aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
• Sales and technical support to sales department.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and areas for product innovation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, R&D, Aftersales and Communications
• Define and optimize product positioning, USPs, pricing structures, and overall value proposition.
• Monitor product performance (volume, mix, profitability, market share) and recommend corrective actions where needed.
• Support and manage converters

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in LCVs.
• In-depth understanding of the LCV market, sales channels and industry trends.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with a commercial and strategic approach.
• Fluent in English;
