Job Description & Summary: A career within….

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: · SAP SD Implementation & Support · Lead or support SAP SD module implementation projects including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. · Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement for SAP SD processes. · Business Process Analysis · Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. · Work closely with business stakeholders to understand sales, billing, shipping, and pricing processes. · Configuration & Customization · Configure SAP SD components including sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management. · Customize SAP SD functionalities to meet business needs using user exits, BAPIs, and enhancements. · Integration · Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, FI, WM, etc.) for seamless integration. · Support EDI and third-party system integrations related to order-to-cash processes. · Documentation & Training · Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals. · Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams. · Issue Resolution · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD transactions and configurations. · Provide timely support for incidents and service requests. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. · 4–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module. · Strong knowledge of: · Sales order management · Pricing and discounts · Billing and invoicing · Shipping and delivery · Credit management · Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA. · Good understanding of integration points with SAP MM, FI, and other modules. · Excellent communication and documentation skills. · Ability to work independently and in a team environment. --- Preferred Qualifications: · SAP SD certification. · Experience in S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementation. · Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies. · Knowledge of ABAP debugging is a plus.
