A role you will love 
 

As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will be accountable for the provision of Employee Relations advice and coaching to managers within the jurisdictions. This role holder will provide support and expertise to people change programs and participate in projects to improve the offering of the Employee Relations function.

Other Key Responsibilities Include:

Case Management:

  • Provide managers with support on employee concerns to ensure matters are resolved quickly and effectively and in compliance with the relevant CPU policies.
  • Ensure cases are escalated and referred to the relevant teams where matters are highly complex, or involve high risk, in line with agreed escalation matrices.
  • Maintain integrity of records and documentation required for employee relations issues

Jurisdictional Expertise:

  • Provide or ensure delivery of specialist advice and coaching to managers and employees to implement Employee Relations processes and policies, ensuring there is alignment across the organization and that jurisdictional compliance is ensured with all advice provided

Business Change:

  • Deliver allocated ER activities within change programs across the organizations, collaborating with colleagues to ensure people changes are effectively managed and implemented 

Continuous Improvement:

  • Produce and analyze ER related data, identifying solutions as necessary and contribute to related People Team and business orientated projects, providing ER subject matter expertise 

Global Er Change & Optimization:

  • Work as a member of the global ER team to develop the Global Employee Relations strategy and approach including determining a globally consistent offering, improving processes, developing policies and continuously improving our Employee Relations service.

What will you bring to the role?


The ideal candidate will have relevant professional HR qualifications or significant Employee Relations case management/litigation experience.
 

This Individual Should Also Possess:

  • Knowledge of relevant employment law / regulatory impacts with background of implementation.
  • Relationship Management experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of People Policies, Standards and Procedures.
  • Effective Communications. 
  • Knowledge of the Computershare Organization (preferred).
