The Role
We’re seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of facilities services at Perth Airport. In this on-site role, you’ll partner with our aviation client and the BGIS team to ensure asset compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction in a critical, high-security environment. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage asset maintenance, compliance, and lifecycle planning at Perth Airport
- Lead subcontractors, cleaning, and vendor teams to deliver safe and efficient services
- Ensure full compliance with statutory, contractual, and client requirements
- Build strong relationships with client representatives and stakeholders
- Deliver financial, operational, and performance reporting to meet KPIs
- Support innovation, continuous improvement, and customer excellence
Your Education, Experience & Skills
- Trade (Mechanical/Electrical) qualification or equivalent FM background
- Minimum 5+ years’ facilities management experience in complex/critical environments
- Strong compliance, asset management, and vendor management skills
- Proven stakeholder engagement, leadership, and financial acumen
- Experience with CMMS and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain ASIC and Police Clearance
- Full working rights in Australia (essential)
