The Role

We’re seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of facilities services at Perth Airport. In this on-site role, you’ll partner with our aviation client and the BGIS team to ensure asset compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction in a critical, high-security environment. What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage asset maintenance, compliance, and lifecycle planning at Perth Airport
• Lead subcontractors, cleaning, and vendor teams to deliver safe and efficient services
• Ensure full compliance with statutory, contractual, and client requirements
• Build strong relationships with client representatives and stakeholders
• Deliver financial, operational, and performance reporting to meet KPIs
• Support innovation, continuous improvement, and customer excellence

Your Education, Experience & Skills

• Trade (Mechanical/Electrical) qualification or equivalent FM background
• Minimum 5+ years’ facilities management experience in complex/critical environments
• Strong compliance, asset management, and vendor management skills
• Proven stakeholder engagement, leadership, and financial acumen
• Experience with CMMS and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to obtain and maintain ASIC and Police Clearance
• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
