Meta’s Global Client and Agency (GCA) team creates disproportionate advantage for the world's largest marketers by integrating the communities, solutions and technologies of the Meta family of apps to meet their business goals. The Regional Solutions Partner (RSP) role provides an opportunity to work with the world's largest global multi-channel advertisers: managing key relationships, providing platform and product expertise, media and measurement strategy and driving innovation.

Success in the Regional Solutions Partner position requires consultative sales and analytical skills, expert product knowledge, curiosity and cross functional relationship skills.Regional Solutions Partner, Global Client & Agency EMEA Responsibilities

• Media Planning, Strategy, Measurement and Optimization
• Translate complex data analysis into simple language and use it to influence decision making
• Identify up-sell opportunities and partner with other members on the team to drive incremental revenue
• Enable knowledge exchange across account, vertical and region
• Partner with local sales teams to ensure all teams are aligned on the account priorities and that we are providing the highest service levels to these clients
• Lead Cross-functional project management, e.g. Marketing Science, Product teams
• Build and manage relationships with key clients and media agency partners
• Define best practices via data mining and defining what drives partner’s success on the platform
• Manage and consult complex advertising solutions working closely with the team to recommend the correct solutions
• Work with the partner's cross functional resources to define regional learning agenda and help to activate this with regional & local teams
• Developing best in class capability building programs to empower local markets to drive optimal media adoption at scale
• Drive product innovation (alpha/betas) and act as the platform & product expert for the client and agency
• Develop & deliver best practices narratives and trainings internally & externally
• 7+ years of experience in marketing or media
• Experience working effectively with cross functional teams at all levels of management (internally and externally)
• Proven track record of delivering on targets
• Proven to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Exceptional data story-telling and client presentation skills
• Advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
• Understanding of advertising success metrics
• Proven communication skills, confident in presenting to small and large audiences and collaborate effectively
• Ideally experience supporting both Brand and DR related industries
