Category Coordinator - C-Store

Role purpose is to controls the gross sales for selected department and margin achievement for allocated product categories for sale within Emarat Convenience Store in accordance with EMARAT’s priorities and goals.

This role focuses on managing product categories for convenience stores, including recommending and sourcing products, negotiating pricing and supplier agreements, and developing merchandising plans (planograms). It involves strategic pricing to enhance competitiveness and profitability, fostering partnerships with key brands to drive customer loyalty, and analyzing category performance to meet margin targets. The position also supports franchise operations and requires strong knowledge of category management, a bachelor’s degree in marketing, and at least four years of experience in consumer goods or retail, along with solid communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills.
