About The Job

The gReach Program is a paid 12 months upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.

Google Customer Solution(GCS): The Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team’s mission is to bring Google’s magic to Small and Medium size business through online marketing expertise, scalable sales initiative, education, and empowerment for growth.

This position supports the E-Commerce team and the Manager in GCS. In this role, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You will anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.

This gReach Associate role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the established subsector mission in the following ways:

  • Key support position driving the execution of the company's export project.
  • Focuses on data-driven support for customer engagement and project efficiency.
  • Support main coordinator for internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-potential customers using market and traffic data analysis and execute strategic customer outreach, including cold calling potential clients. Support in developing and maintaining strategic prospect and partner lists.
  • Track and report progress on the project's action plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Prepare and finalize regular project progress reports for leadership and identify project issues and support timely resolution.
  • Support partnership engagement internally and externally.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with partner companies and provide full operational support for team events (e.g., seminars, meetings). Handle administrative tasks critical to project operations.
