Business Program Manager, Data Center Facilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with SQL (e.g., query, merge, filter, subquery).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in accounting and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Experience in vendor relationships and agreement management.
• Experience in providing support for budgeting, forecasting, and purchase orders.
• Experience in statement of work negotiation.
• Experience with project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and process documentation.

As a Data Center Site Business Program Manager, you will support our facilities technicians, managing the maintenance agreements of all facility related systems. You will lead cost control and contractor management for maintenance tasks and small projects, and work closely with the site Environment, Health and Safety department to ensure safety operations. You will have a pivotal role in ensuring that contractors deliver quality services according to agreed key performance indicators and that safety measures are being performed. You will develop creative approaches to reducing operational costs while improving overall data center efficiency.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $88,000-$126,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

• Support our facilities operations team, and manage the maintenance agreements of all facility related systems.
• Lead cost control and contractor management for maintenance tasks and small projects, and work closely with the site Environment, Health, and Safety department to ensure safe operations.
• Plan and execute work assignments with varying degrees of supervision and act as the point of contact for projects as assigned by the Facility Manager.
• Prepare statement of work (SoW) for facility operations agreements and obtain facilities-related vendor proposals, prepare purchase orders, and review/approve invoices.
• Work with support service vendors to resolve conflicts and issues under the direction of the Facility Manager.
