Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical business, business engineering, or consulting.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently as this role involves working with Japan based businesses and clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to develop internal and external stakeholder networks with navigating Google and client side to build relationships for delivering against plans and projects.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, solve problems and navigate across a large organization and distributed team.
- Ability to resolve customer goals within their existing constraints.
- Excellent technical project management skills with enabling multiple cross-functional teams to deliver against plan.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to technical and business audiences including C-levels audiences.

gTech Ads is a team of thought leaders, addressing the client's business tests, and program managers, designing plans and gathering resources to help accomplish the motivation for quality end-to-end experience.In this role, you will be creating an end-to-end experience for Google’s Ads clients, by being accountable for gTech service delivery and enabling business goals. You will serve as a unified services partner who design and orchestrates gTech end-to-end services, and represents gTech Ads to promoters and client executives.Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech’s role is to help bring them to life. Responsibilities
- Own the relationship with Ads clients by aligning their business goals with Google’s services and ensuring end-to-end delivery.
- Act as the client’s trusted advisor at the executive level, understanding annual and quarterly priorities.
- Architect Joint Technical Plans that connect across all gTech Ads offerings.
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution, ensuring alignment between Business, Customer Support, and Media Solutions.
- Provide updates and debriefs to clients and Business leadership, taking accountability for business impact.
