To support our existing business and enable future growth we are seeking a Graduate Financial Analyst who,  reporting to the Financial Controller, will partner with both the finance teams and other functions, taking the responsibility for providing high quality and accurate financial analysis.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure accuracy of accounting for Overhead costs and analysis to support forecasting of spend
  • Provide financial support to other functions and managers in the business as required to understand costs and forecasts
  • Assist with the generation of the budget for the indirect and overhead costs for the business
  • Assist with the calculation of labour rates and levy rates to apply
  • Develop knowledge and expertise to become the Subject Matter Expert for Government accounting
  • Support the Finance Controller as required in this flexible role which in turn will provide development and growth opportunities

What You Will Learn:

This Graduate role is ideally suited to you if you are driven, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in Finance. You will gain practical, hands-on experience across within a medium sized-finance team, whilst also enjoying the benefits and exposure that come with being part of a global Aerospace organisation.

We will delight in training and supporting you in this Graduate role which means you need to be a willing learner and committed to achieving both business and personal results whilst working as part of a team. 

Skills And Experience Required:

  • A recent Finance-related degree or equivalent level qualification
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience working with an ERP would be advantageous but is not essential
