Reports to the Regional Employee Benefits and Solutions Manager, the incumbent is responsible for delivering employee benefits cross-border solutions supporting the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on efficiency and sustained effectiveness.  Oversee external provider management reporting requirements to support appropriate trends analyses, and to ensure accuracy of employee records management.

  • Responsible for Country Benefits Inventory & Benchmarking. Support in identifying challenges and recommending solutions. 
  • Country proposal or analysis for annual insured benefits (upgrade & downgrade). Special catch-up plan for the countries and budget forecast if needed. Ensure respective countries annual insurance (Term Life, AD&D, Medical, Critical Disease, Business Travel etc.) on time renewed.
  • Support to create Regional Benefits Policy (framework, could be further adapted by country field HR), like annual leave, paid sick leave, long service award, employee caring etc. 
  • Responsible for new policy / updated policy employee communication preparation and implementation (open-call /email/TTT to field HR etc.
  • Support in the integration and harmonization project for the acquired business; align locations practice into country framework.
  • Provides responsive approaches to complex or escalated employee benefit questions. Be the askHR query L2 owner, when critical case assigned, coordinate local broker & insurer to properly answer the other benefits query regarding the countries in the region.
  • Collaborates with country field HR team to improve the employee experience locally and/or regionally. Coaches and guides HR team and business leaders regarding the local/regional benefits topics.
  • Provides guidance and interpretation of employee benefit policies, procedures and processes to ensure local adherence and identifies areas of risk.  Supports audits, compliance and other employee benefits programs locally.
  • Supports the development and execution of key employee benefits projects and performs other duties as directed.
  • University Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or a related discipline plus generally above 5 -7 years of Total Rewards (COE) experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent customer service and strong listening skills with an empathetic approach.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies.
  • Ability to utilize multiple systems while handling customers/employees via phone, chat, email, etc.
