We are looking in Argentina for a Senior Full Stack Engineer skilled in React and Node.js to join our client that is a leading financial company, serving millions of customers daily. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will take ownership of the full development lifecycle of applications, from understanding requirements to delivering robust software solutions.Collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are key elements of this role.

This Is You

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development;
• Strong expertise in Node.js (version 18+) and backend-for-frontend (BFF) architecture;
• Proficient with NestJS framework;
• Experienced in ReactJS for frontend development;
• Knowledge of ExpressJS;
• Practical experience with REST and SOAP web services;
• Strong skills in microservices architecture;
• Proficient with Git, including advanced branching strategies, hotfixes, and feature evolutions;
• Native Spanish speaker; English proficiency at intermediate level or higher;
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering business value.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with MongoDB client is desirable.

This is your role

• Develop, adapt, and integrate software components; reuse existing modules where appropriate;
• Write clean, unit-tested code and review code from peers to maintain quality;
• Deliver projects throughout the entire application lifecycle: design, development, implementation, testing, and support.
• Maintain production applications, fixing bugs and implementing new features;
• Collaborate closely with other developers and cross-functional teams;
• Build prototypes during technical feasibility phases of projects;
• Optimize application performance and create attractive user interfaces;
• Participate in defining and reviewing coding standards and architectural norms;
• Support teams in identifying and executing experimentation opportunities focused on delivering value.
