Internship - Walmart Sales Team - Summer 2026

Looking for a cool gig? We’re on the hunt for an intern to join the Wells Walmart team in Bentonville this summer and potentially the fall as well. The Wells Walmart intern will play a key role in supporting the Wells Walmart account during its peak season - summer! They will have the opportunity to manage multiple projects and provide strategic recommendations that will drive positive impact and support our growth plans!  The intern will participate in day-to-day meetings and projects, while owning key analysis, automation, and new Tableau reporting builds.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide strategic business insights and recommendations, helping to drive category growth and incremental sales opportunities
• Analyze data, reports, and trends to identify key insights and implications for Wells Premium Brand and Private Label portfolios
• Develop and present data-based recommendations to support short and long-term strategy
• Monitor key competitors and develop a comprehensive category overview on a customer and national level
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams, including: Project Management, Marketing, Demand Planning, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Consumer Insights, R&D, Finance and agency partners
• Current Junior or Senior, majoring in: Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
• Passion for Frozen Treats, and interest in gaining CPG experience
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to own multiple projects, leading from start to finish
• Team player who can interact with several cross-functional departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Can adapt easily to an ever-changing environment
