About The Role:

We’re looking for a data-driven Marketing Operations professional to ensure our marketing engine runs on clean, enriched, and actionable customer and prospect data. You’ll own data and enrichment workflows, as well as segmentation—helping us deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.

Which tasks can you expect?

In This Role, You’Ll Primarily:

• Drive strategic improvements in marketing data workflows across CRM and MAP, focusing on scalable processes for normalization, deduplication, and compliance—not just fixing data, but designing how it stays clean.
• Build and optimize AI-driven enrichment workflows with AI driven data enrichment tools (eg. Clay) and integrate with CRM/MAP.
• Design and manage audience segments for campaigns and ABM programs.
• Develop and maintain standardization in IBM Cognos for marketing data health.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops, and BI teams to align data standards.

In addition to this, true excellence in this role would mean:

• Identify and implement process improvements for data governance and lead management.
• Act as the bridge between local marketing teams and central marketing, Salesforce, and data quality teams—translating marketing needs into actionable data solutions.

What do you have to offer?

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or Revenue Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua), and IBM Cognos reporting.
• Familiarity with data enrichment tools like Clay and Cognism, and a solid understanding of segmentation.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in SQL or other data manipulation tools is essential.
• Bonus: Experience in bridging marketing questions with technical teams and translating business needs into data workflows.
