To ensure our guest’s experience in 12 Moons is a pleasant experience. Greet guests with a smile, seat guests in appropriate sections and providing the best guest service in the Northwest.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a smile. Thank and invite the guests back as they leave 12 Moons.
• Seat the guests in the proper section using the rotation procedure.
• Keep supervisor updated on business flow in 12 Moons.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning duties.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills And Abilities:

• Must possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with guests and team members.
• Possess ability to work under pressure.
• Possess a cooperative, helpful and friendly nature, and present a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.

Preferred

Education And Experience:

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
• Experience with POS or Reservation System
• One (1) year Guest Service experience.
• One (1) year Restaurant experience.

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions.
