Control and Risk Liquid Funds Associate

Key Responsabilities

  • Implementation and parameterization of risk, pricing, classification, and liquidity systems, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with regulations applicable to managed funds.
  • Calculation and monitoring of risk controls (VaR, Stress, Exposures), contributing to strengthening risk management and ensuring the diligent maintenance and oversight of funds.
  • Analysis and monitoring of classification and liquidity information for the preparation of internal reports and regulatory information.
  • Preparation of risk management reports to support strategic decisions.
  • Pricing of credit financial assets (Debentures, CRIs, and CRAs), ensuring adherence to calculation methodologies, including the validation of mark-to-market rates, contributing to the continuous pricing of assets in line with market best practices. - Integrated risk management for different fund categories (including structured funds – FIDC, FIP, and FII), including:

- Market Risk

- Liquidity Risk

- Concentration Risk

- Credit Risk

- Operational Risk

  • Development of policies, methodologies, standards, and procedures to ensure governance and compliance, based on best practice frameworks (COSO, AGRT - Anbima);
  • Improvement of the company's control environment, supporting business areas in the design and implementation of internal processes and controls;
  • Desirable - Experience in corporate finance, economic-financial modeling, and project valuation techniques (DCF – discounted cash flow)
