What You’Ll Do
- Schedule and dispatch technicians
- Be the friendly point of contact for customers
- Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and service records
- Support stock management and smooth workflow
- Work with management to improve systems and culture
Requirements
Qualifications And Experience:
- Proven experience as a Service Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with job management software or scheduling systems. (Simpro is ideal but not essential)
- Familiarity with the plumbing or trade industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
