Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you make sense of the sales numbers and expenses that underpin our business. You will identify trends and provide insights to help the Company and our distributors grow through effective report automation and performance dashboarding. You will also support distribution channels in developing and evaluating effective schemes to drive overall productivity and performance.
The role is positioned within the Distribution Business Management (DBM) team, which will expose you to the numbers and results that ultimately drive the business – an unbeatable insight into the engine room of the PACS distribution function.
Job Description:
- Timely delivery of insightful daily / monthly / quarterly / annual performance dashboards, insights, forecast and reports for the management team, distribution channels and relevant stakeholders.
- Understand broader strategic direction and formulate plans to satisfy business needs, goals and objectives to support distribution channels (One Agency)
- Support the distribution channels in the analysis of compensation related matters, including seller and customer campaigns and schemes, including end-to-end process from governance to approval.
- Drive the pursuit of report dashboarding and automation to achieve operational efficiency gains through building of required platforms especially showing synergies between sales and compensation data. Generate insights to inform business decisions.
- Support the distribution channels to ensure alignment of views in sales performance, forecasts, reports and compensation related matters with the other PACS functions (i.e. finance, product and marketing teams).
- Support other ad hoc activities pertaining to performance management, when needed.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate and articulate business concepts with various stakeholders of all level.
- Dynamic individual who excels in a fast moving environment, and able to be nimble and adapt to constant change.
- Highly numerate with a strong analytical skillset
- Possess strong ability in analytical tools, such as Qlik, Power BI, Python etc.
Working Experience:
- 6 - 8 years of relevant working experience in numerate environment such as financial planning or performance management.
- Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.
Education:
- Degree in a numerate disciple such as finance, accounting or engineering.
Language:
- Strong command of the English language.
