Job Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and deploy agentic automation bots to streamline insurance operations, ensuring robust compliance and operational excellence.
• Design, implement, and optimise predictive modelling pipelines leveraging advanced machine learning to drive actionable business insights and risk stratification.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions, maintaining rigorous model governance and continuous performance monitoring.
• Lead initiatives to enhance operational customer experience, utilising AI-driven verbatim analytics to inform workflow improvements and service design.
• Formulate and execute the operations AI strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and regulatory frameworks.
• Champion the adoption of no-code/low-code AI solutions, accelerating delivery of bespoke automation tailored to operational needs.
• Maintain oversight of AI solution lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement, ethical standards, and measurable business impact.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in business analytics, AI implementation, or operations optimization within financial services. Proven track record of deploying machine learning solutions and workflow automation in regulated environments.
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, Tableau/Power BI)
• Experience with AI/ML platforms and Natural Language Processing
• Knowledge of API integration and workflow automation tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data governance frameworks
• Financial Industry operations and customer lifecycle management
• Understanding of Hong Kong regulatory requirements (PDPO, insurance regulations)
• Experience with customer touchpoint optimization and conversion analytics
