• Responsibilities:
• • Producing and maintaining regular reliable reports for local entities and central team.
• • Follow up of deadlines on tasks executed by local stakeholders.
• • Review data quality and completeness of Non-Financial Risk files produced by local entities.
• • Perform controls to ensure efficiency of the framework.
• • Support stakeholders when a specific report is required (e.g. for local committees).
• • Monitor the open IT Support tickets, specific to the framework applications.
• • Contribute to enhancement of the framework. (processes, reporting, etc)
• Requirements:️︃︁︆︇︍︀︅​︂︆︄︅​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎
• • Fluent English is mandatory both written and verbally.
• • Achieved studies preferably a degree acquainted with data management skills.
• • Knowledge in IT tools especially Advance Microsoft Excel is a must. PowerPoint skills and Power BI is plus.
• • Strong attention to detail and sense of end-to-end ownership of processes and deliverables.
• • Proven experience in risk-related functions an international context
• • Active stakeholder management and ability to navigate across departments.
