We build outcome-driven, AI-powered products that personalise health journeys, deliver real-time insights to HR teams, and connect behaviour change with measurable ROI.

To achieve this, we need Applied AI / Machine Learning Engineers who can turn data into impact—right at the intersection of technology, user experience, and behavioural science. This is not a research role: it’s a hands-on, production-focused position. You will ship scalable ML models, robust data pipelines, and innovative product features that reach millions of users across Europe, working side by side with product managers, designers, and engineers.

You will be part of a dedicated squad while also collaborating closely with our Core Data team.

How You Will Spend Your Time:

• Transform product challenges into AI / ML solutions, from recommendation engines and adaptive goal-setting to NLP-driven insights and personalised nudges.
• Build, deploy, and optimise ML models and microservices that seamlessly integrate into the user experience.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI / ML infrastructure and automated pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Partner with analysts and engineers to productionise models and enable feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Design and manage data workflows and feature stores, using Snowflake and AWS services.
• Help evolve our data architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with data security standards.
• Contribute to team culture by supporting peers through knowledge and best practice sharing.

What You Should Bring To The Table:

• 5+ years of software or data engineering experience, including at least 1–2 years of AI / ML Ops or production ML systems.
• A strategic vision for making our product AI-first—and the practical plan to make it happen.
• Strong proficiency in Python, modern ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and production ML tools (MLflow, etc.).
• Proven ability to build and deploy microservices to production (FastAPI, Flask, Tornado, Sanic).
• Solid experience with data platforms such as Snowflake and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with ML Ops best practices including CI/CD, model versioning, reproducibility, and observability.
• Bonus: Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, behavioural science models, or personalisation systems.

Interview Process

Upon the receipt of your application, our Talent Acquisition team will thoroughly evaluate your submission. We endeavour to respond within 3-5 business days. • Your first step: A call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team
• Your second step: A call with focus on hard skills and communication with the Head of Data
• Your third step: A focus on your tech skills with a take home Case Study
• Your fourth step: A call to present your Case Study to a representative from the Engineering team and Product team
• Your final interview: A value-add call with our Chief Product and Growth Officer

After these interview stages are completed, our hiring team will convene for a debrief session to discuss your application. Following this debrief, our Talent Acquisition Partner will contact you to provide feedback and communicate the final decision regarding your candidacy. Please note: our offices close over the Christmas and New Year period for approximately two weeks. We gift the 24th and 31st December as extra vacation days and any additional non-public holiday days during this time will be taken from your annual leave.
