We Are Seeking A Dynamic And Results-Driven Sales Manager To Join Our Team And Lead Commercial Activities In The West And South Of Germany. This Remote Role Is Ideal For Someone With A Strong Background In Diesel Generator Sets, Who Thrives In Both Direct Sales And Partner Network Development.

You Will Play A Key Role In Securing Orders, Driving Sales Growth, And Ensuring Customer Satisfaction Across Major Projects, Including Datacenters And Standard Products.

Main Missions

  • Develop And Manage Relationships With Customers, Engineering Firms, And Contractors.

  • Drive Business Development And Commercial Follow-Up For Major Projects.

  • Monitor Market Trends And Recommend Pricing Strategies.

  • Build And Maintain A Strong Pipeline Of Future Sales Opportunities.

  • Share Technical And Operational Expertise With Customers.

  • Manage Quotations And Coordinate With Emea Sales And Support Teams.

  • Collaborate With Engineering And Production Teams To Resolve Delivery Issues.

  • Negotiate And Manage Commercial Contracts Within Financial Parameters.

  • Prepare And Manage Commercial Forecasts And Invoicing Targets.

  • Promote The Rehlko Brand And Manage Crm Activities Via Salesforce.

  • Coordinate With Global Account Teams On Large-Scale Opportunities.

Profile

  • 3–5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Role Within The Diesel Genset Industry.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge Of Diesel Generator Sets And Familiarity With Competitors.

  • Proven Ability To Develop Partner Networks And Manage Direct Sales.

  • Skilled In Negotiating Commercial Contracts And Managing Customer Relationships.

  • Autonomous, Proactive, And Comfortable Working Remotely.

  • Fluent In German And Proficient In English.
