About The Role:

The role focuses on reporting and analytics, including the preparation of KPI reports, trend analysis, and data visualization to support decision-making across departments. It also involves coordinating documentation flow, supporting regional teams, and communicating key updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Processes and provides daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key KPIs to track trends, either upon request or on a regular basis.
• Creates presentations based on the analysis of key KPIs, trends, pricing, and marketing data, either upon request or on a regular basis.
• Analyzes the completion of bonus tasks and provides insights into factors that may have influenced their execution.
• Provides internal clients and distributors with information about changes (product pricing, promotional campaigns, new products, etc.).
• Offers analytical support to regional employees and other departments to enable effective forecasting and planning.
• Consolidates data collected from various sources into a unified report.
• Initiates, develops, administers, and monitors reporting systems within the region.
• Fully manages and controls the documentation flow related to the sales department in the electronic document management system (EDMS).
• Participates in cross-functional projects.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Excel – confident user; proficient in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• PowerPoint (data visualization) – confident user; experienced in creating presentations from scratch.
• Experience working as a coordinator, department assistant, and analyst; participated in various projects.
• Strong communication skills and analytical mindset.
• Responsible, proactive, result-oriented, and flexible.
• English – Intermediate level (spoken and written).
