A Day In The Life:

  • Manage day-to-day operations with external creative agencies to support the execution of global marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee campaign activities including copy review, localization requests, gated landing pages, and creation of sales enablement materials.
  • Maintain and regularly update the campaign editorial calendar, Confluence pages, slide decks, and supporting resources.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for campaign information, providing regular status updates, stakeholder communications, and performance insights.
  • Manage agency production processes by tracking creative timelines, facilitating approvals and localization, monitoring live assets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate weekly prioritization meetings, ensuring leadership has visibility into project status, blockers, and key deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and enhance collaboration between teams.

What It Takes:

  • Proven experience in project or campaign management, ideally within marketing or creative production.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with diverse stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience managing creative production processes, including approvals, versioning, and localization.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.
