Procurement Operations Intern
Your Role:
- Aids in the management of a purchase to pay process which has an indirect impact on Philips’ med-tech products by collaborating with indirect procurement and finance teams across Europe to ensure smooth operations, demonstrating great inter-personal and communication skills.
- Supports the day-to-day activities, typically involving operational and administrative tasks to meet dynamic environment and continuous improvement goals, exercising autonomy within established procedures.
- Analyzes and acts upon data related to indirect procurement internal controls.
- Participates in team meetings, contributing with ideas and input.
- Assists in preparation and presentation of reports or findings for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all findings are presented with utmost accuracy and clarity.
- Maintains up to date knowledge of industry trends, developments, and best practices and learns technical skills related to industry, exhibiting a commercial and growth mindset.
You'Re The Right Fit If:
- Currently studying Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree
- Availability to work min. 25h/per week
- Fluent English written and spoken (at least B2)
- You navigate Excel with ease at an intermediate level
- You are detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision, enabling you to identify errors and ensure high-quality outputs in your work
- You are naturally curious and docile, driven to delve deeper into problems and find innovative solutions, continuously improving processes and outcomes
- You are communicative, able to convey ideas clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
