About This Opportunity
The University of Queensland is seeking a visionary leader to join Advancement and Community Engagement (ACE) as Deputy Vice-President, Advancement Services.
As a key member of the ACE Executive Team, you will lead the strategic direction, planning and delivery of UQ’s advancement services. This role is central to driving data, technology, and service excellence to enable the University’s ambitious engagement and philanthropic goals, including the transition to a new CRM platform as part of the UQ Salesforce ecosystem.
You will oversee critical services including information management and business intelligence, prospect development and relationship management, gift administration, and the comprehensive management of ACE’s technology environment. Working across the University, you will ensure that advancement systems, processes, and insights empower fundraising and engagement activity at scale and position UQ as a sector leader in advancement services.

About You
You are a strategic and collaborative leader with demonstrated experience in Advancement Services or information strategy, ideally within a higher education environment. With a strong background in CRM leadership (preferably Salesforce) you have led complex technology transformations that enhance stakeholder engagement and fundraising outcomes.
Your ability to lead high-performing teams, influence diverse stakeholders, and apply advanced data governance, analytics, and prospect development capabilities will be key to your success. You will bring excellent judgement, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering service and system excellence in complex organisations.
