What You'Ll Do...

Position: Manager, Program Management 

Job Location: 702 SW 8th Street, Bentonville, AR, 72716 

Duties: Implements program plans, changes, and solutions by communicating and coordinating with key stakeholders to manage expectations and build trust; prioritizing critical issues for root-cause analysis; ensuring resolution of critical issues; monitoring execution and milestones of the program or program; tracking and reviewing high-level deliverables; and preparing and presenting weekly performance reports to senior leadership. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Evaluates program or program performance by comparing projections to actual results; identifying and analyzing key performance indicators and trend data; conducting return-on-investment analyses; reviewing customer response and feedback from key stakeholders; identifying and addressing cross-functional program and project issues; collaborating with teams across the company to leverage processes in order to increase service and product capabilities; and recommending adjustments and process improvement ideas to leadership to meet deliverables. Analyzes factors for program feasibility and creates solutions by assessing key opportunities; determining the strategic approach; identifying current state; conducting gap analyses; collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to assess needs and success measurements; developing cross-functional assessments and business cases for action; and presenting key opportunities and assessments to senior executives for review and approval. Executes complex programs by prioritizing critical issues for root-cause analysis; escalating complex or difficult issues; providing informational presentations; managing stakeholder expectations; holding program team accountable for program delivery; and developing performance reports.  

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in business, engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related experience OR 4 years of experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related experience. 

Skills Required: Must have experience with: Data analysis with Google big query and excel; Data visualization with Tableau and power bi; Forecasting/ demand planning with blue yonder JDA tool; Process mapping and process mining with Microsoft visio; Labor planning/workforce planning using time study and motion study technique; Process improvement using lean six sigma methodology; Kaizen; Poka Yoke; Inventory flow process, merchandizing; Project Management using JIRA; Supply chain optimization, retail, ecommerce; Business operation, insights and strategy; Product Management- MVP launch at the pilot site; Knowledge of Google Big Query, SQL, Excel, Tableau; Experience with process improvement/implementation; Experience with the transportation and carrier management industry; Experience with Reverse Logistics/Returns/Exits; Ability to consolidate data/trends and clearly communicate wins/gaps to upper leadership.  Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
