Your Role
We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Member & Volunteer Learning Team Lead to drive the development and delivery of high-quality learning programs that empower our members and volunteers across NSW. This role is at the heart of shaping how we engage, support and strengthen the Society’s diverse volunteer network, ensuring they have the tools, skills and confidence to make a real difference in the community. You’ll be leading a small, dedicated team and working closely with stakeholders across the state to roll out innovative programs, embed compliance and continually improve learning opportunities that align with our mission.
Your Responsibility
- Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of engaging learning programs for members and volunteers.
- Manage and inspire a small team to achieve results and support professional growth.
- Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure statewide uptake of programs and initiatives.
- Oversee reporting, analysis and project management to deliver outcomes on time and within scope.
- Develop tools, resources and systems that strengthen learning and compliance processes.
- Partner with colleagues across the organisation to roll out new initiatives and support consistent program delivery.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in member and volunteer learning.
You Will Need
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in adult education, communications, human services or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging learning solutions.
- Proficiency in digital tools, databases and reporting systems.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with a genuine passion for supporting volunteers and members.
- A valid NSW Driver License and ability to travel around the State as needed.
