About The Role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Specialist, with at least 4 years’ experience, who have strong analytical and social paid skills.

The candidate must have a solid understanding of the digital technologies and be up-to-date with the latest social media trends to optimize content strategies for engaging the users on those channels, by generating, editing and sharing daily content.

The applicant should also have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a social media organic strategy that set goals to increase the brand awareness and engagement among the audience and built campaigns that allow our projects to continue growing and morphing
Manage all social media channels in the firts place: Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter).
Strong skills and knowledge in video editing for Reels and Tik Tok.
Develop a transverse and vertical content plan with the aim of giving presence to the brand in social networks, strengthening brand positioning, disseminating the generated social debate, and supporting the sale of different products and services
Research industry trends to develop engaging and compelling social marketing campaigns
Monitor, analyze and report on the campaign progress to improve and evolve our social marketing strategy over time
Develop a cohesive voice for the brand when interacting with customers online
Collaborate with our technical, sales, and customer teams to execute successful campaigns
Contribute to the growth and success of the business by diving into cross-functional tasks and projects as requested.
Paid campaigns on Instagram and Tik Tok with low budgets.
Use of excel and budget management to work with freelancers like Upwork.

Requirements

Demonstrated work experience as a social media strategist (between 4 and 8 years).
Hands-on experience in content management and Storytelling.
Highly analytical mind to manage KPI formulation and reporting.
Excellent speaking and writing skills in Spanish and English.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) especially in Tik Tok and Reels editing.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Experience working with different teams and showing results in reports.
Entrepreneurial attitude and enthusiastic in spotting social and digital trends.
Skills to record videos and take photos for RRSS.
Experience with excel and budget management to work with external parties.
