The Hashgraph Association (Tha) Is A Global Organization Headquartered In Switzerland, And Is A Part Of The Hedera Hashgraph (“Hedera”) Ecosystem.
Hedera is a revolutionary proof-of-stake public Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) network that is fast emerging as the gold standard in DLT for enterprise-grade solutions and decentralized applications (dApps). Hedera is governed by a council of the world’s leading organizations - which include Google, Boeing, IBM, Dell, Deutsche Telekom, LG, Abrdn, London School of Economics, to name a few.
THA works closely with enterprises, startups, governments, and academic and training institutions around the world to deliver financing, custom-design solutions, and professional training and innovation programs, aimed at accelerating the development and utilization of the Hedera Hashgraph network.
Your Profile
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Candidate Identification
- Use multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, social media, employee referrals) to identify potential candidates for open roles.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates across functions.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach to gauge interest and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and sourcing activities in the ATS/CRM.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and manage interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Ensure smooth logistics for interviews (virtual or onsite), including calendar invites, reschedules, reminders, and feedback collection.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to keep processes moving efficiently.
Operational Support
- Update and maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with candidate data.
- Track sourcing metrics and provide weekly reports on pipeline activities.
- Support employer branding initiatives by sharing job postings across channels.
- Assist in administrative recruitment tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, HR operations, or coordination (internships included).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with tools like LinkedIn, job boards, Google Workspace, MS Office, or ATS platforms.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- High energy, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
