Management Trainee

Job Descriptions:

Equipping new employees with the required skills, SOPs, and corporate culture to become successful Mill Assistant, such as:

• Create a preventive maintenance schedule based on machine specifications and check the machines periodically to ensure the repair and maintenance of the machine is done well
• Monitor Filling of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) into the lorry and ensure the filling is in line with the lorry capacity
• Monitor the operation of the boiler and monitor the use of power for processing needs of Fresh Fruit Bunches (TBS)
• Checks the CPO and kernel losses directly for cross check with the results of the analysis from the laboratory
• Report processing and engine damage

Job Requirements:

• Age limit of 26 years old at the start of the programme
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) / Diploma 4 majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering (TPHP or THP)
• Minimum GPA 2.85
• Fresh graduates and those with a year of working experience
• Preferably those participated in college organisations such as BEM, DMPU etc.
• Willing to attend training for 6 months (3,5 months in class training and 2,5 months OJT) and a bond period of two years
• Show integrity, strong analytical, and leadership skills
• Strong team player
• Willing to be placed in any of our plantations
