Finance Manager

We’re looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager ready to bring structure, strategy, and fresh thinking to a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The Finance and Accounting Manager is a full-time position that will help assist with our key accounting and financing functions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills as it pertains to financial statement preparation and analysis, budgeting and forecasting and full-cycle accounting. This role offers considerable upward mobility reporting directly to the President with frequent collaboration with other senior executives.
Please note: This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Los Angeles headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle accounting including,
- Journal Entries
- Reconciliations
- Variance Analysis
- Cash Management
- Intercompany
- Loan Accounting
- Month-end/Year-end close
- Key schedules required for tax
- GAAP Knowledge
- AR/AP Experience
- Financial Statement Review and Preparation
- Forecasting/Budgeting
- Excel, GL System
- Provides support to the overall operations of the company as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5–7 years of accounting experience
- Financial statement analysis experience
- Solutions-focused mindset — always thinking “how can this be better?”
- Clear, confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, on-site setting
- Comfortable juggling priorities, solving problems independently, and driving execution
Preferred Qualification
- CPA
- CFA
- Cash Flow Modeling
- SQL
Pay Rate:
- We offer a competitive salary of up to $125,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
- The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable
