We are seeking a Sales Development Representative - Health (All genders) based remotely within Germany.
Your mission with us:As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in our B2B Health vertical, you will be the first point of contact for new prospects. You will research, engage, and qualify leads to build strong relationships that support Lingoda’s mission to expand high-quality language learning opportunities for healthcare professionals in Germany and beyond.




Your Tasks:

  • Conduct lead research using internal tools, data, and external sources; maintain accurate records in Hubspot.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn) to engage and qualify prospects.
  • Persuade leads to attend pitch calls and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Manage your time effectively to maintain high-quality outbound activity levels.
  • Maintain complete and accurate Hubspot data.
  • Support the team lead with ad hoc tasks including Hubspot maintenance, campaigns, and projects.



You Bring To Lingoda

  • Background in sales, customer support/service, education, or operations.
  • Experience in startup/scale-up environments, contributing to scalable processes.
  • Hands-on experience in multi-channel customer outreach.
  • Background in scaling teams and driving improvement initiatives.
