Job Description

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll be shaping solutions for some of Australia’s most recognisable brands, working in an Agile environment where innovation, quality and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll be hands-on with React and C# (.NET), tackling complex problems, crafting elegant solutions and delivering products that make a real impact. 

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable full stack applications using C# (.NET) and React.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, share progress, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Champion Agile practices, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Mentor and support junior developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications for performance, security, and usability.
• Maintain clear, concise documentation to support ongoing development and client handover.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Strong experience with .NET (C#) in both web and desktop contexts.
• Solid experience building cloud-native, serverless back-end services using AWS Lambda, Fargate, SQS, DynamoDB, EventBridge, API gateways and Kinesis streams.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC/Core for web development.
• Experience with Databases (mongodb / Microsoft SQL)

• Experience With Python

• Familiarity with .NET WPF for desktop applications.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD (e.g. gitlab pipelines, Ansible and Jenkins)
• Strong understanding of software design principles and clean architecture.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React).  
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration with Docker and ECS.
• Background in microservices or event-driven architectures.
• Experience in agile or DevOps environments.
