The Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial and Strategy Officer provides high level administrative and strategic support to one of Modern Niagara's most critical executive leaders. This role ensures the smooth operation of the CFSO's office by managing priorities, coordinating key initiatives and serving as a trusted partner in executing objectives.
Overview Of Responsibilities:
- Assist Executives with numerous tasks, including calendar, email management and travel
- Prepare and manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking
- Prepare agendas, documents, presentations and reports for senior level meetings
- Attend meetings for minutes, track follow-ups and ensure action items are completed
- Act as the key liaison between the CFSO and all partners internal and external
- Track deliverables, timelines and priorities related to financial and strategy business decisions
- Build and maintain a strong relationship across the executive leadership team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration
- Anticipate the CFSO needs and proactively resolve issue
- Maintain strong knowledge of company priorities, financial calendar and strategic initiates to align scheduling and reporting
Qualifications And Experience:
- 5+ years of administrative experience at the executive level, financial acumen an asset
- Strong business acumen to anticipate needs (e.g., independently anticipating the next step in a process, prompting the appropriate people, being resourceful and one step ahead)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience supporting C suite executives
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Independent, and self-motivated with ability to work autonomously
- Strong organizational skills, with strong prioritization
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven strong ability in executive level office administration, with advanced skills in MS Office.
