The Coupa Supplier Enablement Analyst is responsible for leading regional enablement activities in line with the global enablement strategy. The role involves managing strategic cXML connection projects alongside wide scale Coupa Supplier Portal enablements to maximise the system efficiency of transacting with suppliers. The Enablement Analyst works closely with Procurement, Finance and the wider Coupa implementation team to ensure activities are aligned with each roll-out wave and meet local compliance and system requirements. Enablement activities continue indefinitely beyond each roll-out to ensure transactional efficiency is maintained throughout future changes to the supply-base.

Xylem seeks to hire an Analyst to execute the regional supplier enablement plan in line with the roll out of the Coupa Source-to-Pay platform. This includes but not limited to:

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing the regional enablement plan through collaboration with Procurement and Finance functions.
  • Be the subject matter expert on all Coupa supplier transmission methods.
  • Lead suppliers through the cXML setup process, including credential mapping, scenario testing and move-to-production.
  • Support in the creation, testing, publish and on-going maintenance of e-Catalogs.
  • Host training webinars to demonstrate Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) best practises.
  • Troubleshoot transmission errors and keep key stakeholders informed of resolution progress.
  • Manage outbound supplier communications and inbound queries via regional mailboxes.
  • Periodically maintain support resources, such as user guides/FAQs/test scripts, and validate content against future system enhancements.
  • Support the core team during critical stages of each regional implementation wave.
  • Report on enablement progress via central tracker.

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

  • At least two years of related Procurement, Supply Chain and/or Accounts Payable experience.
  • Experience of using Coupa, or similar Source-to-Pay software.
  • Experience of working with cXML, or similar protocol.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting or Technical engineering preferable.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and change management skills.
  • Positive “can do” attitude.
  • Ability to travel, maximum 10%.

LOCATION: This position will be based Budapest, Hungary. Hybrid working model.
