Your Future Role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and solution-driven teammates.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of Alstom’s products by providing technical leadership, investigation, and resolution of issues during the Product Introduction (PI) phase. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Quality, RAMS, and Project Engineering), guide technicians in troubleshooting, and contribute to reliability growth initiatives, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions, but also support technical reviews and manage product configuration documentation.
We’Ll Look To You For:
- Supporting technical activities during the PI period, including troubleshooting and preventative actions
- Driving containment measures to prevent failure recurrence
- Providing feedback on technical documentation and supporting its improvement
- Ensuring the completeness and quality of input to the Failure Management database
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to drive reliability growth
- Facilitating information flow within PI teams and project stakeholders

- A degree in Engineering or Industrial disciplines
- Experience in technical fields such as mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering
- Knowledge of railway safety and RAM principles
