Your Future Role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and solution-oriented teammates.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and performance of Alstom products during the Product Introduction (PI) phase. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Quality, Reliability Availability Maintainability Safety (RAMS), and Project Engineering), provide technical support to resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
You’ll specifically take care of diagnosing and addressing technical malfunctions, as well as supporting the implementation of field modifications, but also contribute to technical reviews and ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
We’Ll Look To You For:
- Supporting technical activities on Alstom products during the PI period, including Commissioning and Warranty phases
- Diagnosing causes of failures and recommending preventative and corrective actions
- Providing technical guidance to technicians and ensuring the quality of troubleshooting and repairs
- Driving containment actions to prevent the recurrence of failures
- Managing as-maintained product configuration and relevant documentation
- Supporting technical reviews with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with EHS requirements on-site
- Driving technical Return of Experience (REX) and reporting activities

- Degree in Engineering or Industrial fields (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Experience in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering
- Knowledge of railway safety, RAM principles, and product performance
- Familiarity with EHS standards and practices
- Proficiency in data analytics and problem-solving skills
- Experience with technical troubleshooting and failure investigation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams
