Could you be the full-time Project Contract Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your Future Role
Take on a new challenge and apply your contract management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of project contracts, driving compliance, and contributing to the success of our global mobility projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as project teams, operation platform teams), manage contract documentation, and support negotiations, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing contract summaries and management strategies, but also ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
We’Ll Look To You For:
- Preparing the Contract Summary, Contract Management Strategy Plan (CMSP), and Contractual Deliverables Requirement List (CDRL)
- Contributing to data collection to support correspondence
- Participating in the preparation and management of documents for claims and counterclaims
- Maintaining records of compliance with all contractual requirements (performance, delivery dates, quantity, etc.)
- Managing correspondence by analyzing incoming communications and preparing or reviewing outgoing correspondence
- Ensuring proper filing and management of project correspondence
- Preparing draft commercial proposals for variation orders
- Ensuring the Document Management Plan (DMP) is efficiently implemented
- Transferring contract terms and conditions to sourcing teams
- Ensuring variation orders are accurately communicated to subcontractors and suppliers
- Liaising with the Insurance PIC to address project responsibilities
- Alerting leadership of any events impacting project progress

- A degree in Engineering
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Contract Management
- Understanding of contract documentation and variation orders
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for contractual obligations
- Familiarity with document management processes
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
