Responsibilities

We are seeking a Growth Solution Architect to drive solutioning for high-impact federal proposals and capture efforts. This individual will partner with business development, capture managers, and technical teams to design innovative, compliant, and differentiated solutions that resonate with federal agency missions. The Growth Solution Architect will be instrumental in expanding our market presence by blending technical expertise with strategic thinking and proposal development excellence. 

• Solution Development for Proposals 
• Lead solutioning for priority proposals across AI, cloud, automation, and IT services. 
• Translate customer requirements into compelling, cost-effective architectures and delivery approaches. 
• Develop end-to-end solution narratives, including technical volumes, diagrams, and win themes. 
• Capture & Business Development Support 
• Work closely with capture managers to shape opportunities pre-RFP. 
• Conduct customer and competitive analysis to position differentiated solutions. 
• Participate in Black Hat/Blue Team reviews and bring customer insights into solutioning. 
• Innovation & Differentiation 
• Infuse proposals with AI-enabled, automation-driven, and mission-aligned concepts. 
• Collaborate with R&D and delivery teams to leverage existing accelerators. 
• Identify gaps in our current offerings and propose partnerships or investments to strengthen pursuits. 
• Proposal Execution 
• Author technical sections and contribute to management, staffing, and past performance volumes as needed. 
• Create solution architectures, compliance matrices, and storyboards. 
• Support oral presentations with technical depth and clear communication.

Qualifications

Required:

• 7+ years in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical capture/proposal roles. 
• Demonstrated experience solutioning federal IT proposals ($50M+ TCV). 
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, ITSM, cloud, and digital modernization. 
• Ability to communicate complex concepts simply and persuasively in written and oral formats. 
• Proven track record collaborating across business development, capture, and delivery teams. 

Preferred:

• Experience with ServiceNow, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or FedRAMP solutions. 
• Familiarity with proposal processes (Shipley or equivalent). 
• Prior experience in a federal systems integrator, consulting, or advanced technology firm.
