Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Enable market research to gather data on industry trends, competitors, customer to support market sizing and segmentation exercises
• Track emerging technology trends, client demand shifts, and growth areas
• Monitor competitor activities to provide regular updates to the executive team/ sales and account teams
• Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and briefings for Business leaders
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and help translate business questions into research tasks
• Collaborate with portfolio, marketing, and sales with market insights to support strategic initiatives

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

•      BTech from tier-1 colleges
•      PG Preferable – MBA/MS

Experience :

• 4-6 years of experience in market research, business analysis, consulting, or strategy support

Mandatory/Requires Skills :

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in market research methodologies and data analysis tools
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience with competitive intelligence and market monitoring
• Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with statistical software and data visualization tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exposure to IT services, technology, or digital domains preferred

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Market Intelligence Analyst to support our strategy team by generating insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities. The role will be based out of Bosch Koramangala office.
