Job Description
- Leading purchasing quality team, 3 quality technicians, in İstanbul Orhanlı Warehouse for Mobility Aftermarket products
- Responsible for incoming inspections, linewalks (5S in the office and warehouse),sorting actions and usage decision for damaged parts
- Responsible for Purchasing Quality Management workshop at warehouse, management of daily operations, work instructions, governance of health, safety, and environmental topics
- Planning and implementation of calibrations, maintenances, periodical checks, investments and disinvestments
- Conducting audits, process releases/reviews and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) assessments for Bosch Mobility Aftermarket suppliers in region EMEA (mainly for 12V batteries and filters)
- Complaint creation/tracking towards suppliers with problem solving methods. (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa).
- Approval of new suppliers and components, initial delivery inspections, change management and documentation control
- Assessment of 8D reports of Bosch Mobility Aftermarket purchasing quality organization.
- Supporting scrapping process in warehouse

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Collaborative team player, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in Turkish and English (both written and spoken); proficiency in German is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with a focus on Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint
