Job Title: Cash & Treasury Management Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cash & Treasury Management Associate to join our Finance team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in corporate treasury, cash operations, and banking relations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily cash flow and accurate financial execution.

Please note that this position is based fully onsite in Piscataway, NJ with lunch provided. The estimated salary range (dependent upon experience level) is $55,000 - $60,000. We are seeking a candidate that is bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English.    Responsibilities:

• Process daily cash payments, bank transfers, and employee reimbursements accurately and on time.
• Manage company bank accounts — monitor balances, reconcile statements, and maintain bank documentation.
• Serve as the main point of contact with banks for routine inquiries, issue resolution, and account maintenance.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in cash and payment operations.
• Assist with other treasury or finance tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in cashier, treasury, or finance operations (internships welcome).
• Basic knowledge of accounting and cash management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or online banking systems is a plus.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Trustworthy, with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
