Position Summary
Astrica ServiceNow Senior Business Analysts specializing in HR Service Delivery provide analysis, design, and implementation of comprehensive HRSD solutions to transform employee experiences and streamline HR operations. This role involves deep collaboration with HR stakeholders to design employee lifecycle workflows, configure Employee Center Pro experiences, and integrate with core HCM systems like Workday while ensuring seamless preboarding and onboarding journeys.
What You’Ll Do:
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand and document employee lifecycle needs, translating them into technical specifications and user stories for Employee Center Pro, case management workflows, and service catalog implementations.
- Design and document comprehensive HR business processes and workflows within ServiceNow HRSD, focusing on preboarding/onboarding journeys, employee lifecycle management, and self-service capabilities while identifying areas for process optimization.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of HRSD requirements, assisting in configuring Employee Center Pro with branded portal experiences, Agent Workspace for HR with contextual views, and Workday Spoke integrations.
- Lead requirements gathering for complex HR service delivery scenarios including granular delegation models for role-based task and approval delegation, performance analytics dashboards, and Now Assist AI capabilities for enhanced employee experiences.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of HR business processes, employee journey workflows, integration specifications with Workday HCM systems, and HRSD solution configurations.
- Facilitate communication between HR stakeholders, IT teams, and technical developers, ensuring seamless translation of employee experience requirements into effective ServiceNow HRSD implementations while building positive relationships with HR leadership and end-users.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, with hands-on involvement in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) configuration and implementation, including Employee Center Pro and HR case management.
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow Employee Workflows with deep understanding of HR service delivery processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR case management workflows.
- Demonstrated experience with Workday integrations and HCM system connectivity, including understanding of employee data flows and HR system architecture.
- Ability to work within ServiceNow Agile Development modules with specific focus on HRSD implementations and employee experience optimization.
- Experience in collaborating with HR stakeholders, technical developers, and business leaders to ensure employee experience requirements are translated into effective HRSD solutions.
- Proven ability to lead HR-focused workshops, elicit and document complex employee lifecycle requirements, design preboarding and onboarding journeys, and validate HRSD solutions with HR stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to articulate HRSD technical solutions to HR business audiences and translate complex employee experience requirements.
- Ability to adapt to changing HR priorities and collaborate effectively with internal HR teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout complex employee experience transformations.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist (CIS-HRSD) certification
- HR-specific certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR credentials)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- ITIL v3/4 certification with understanding of service management principles applied to HR service delivery
