Why We'Re Hiring:

The Opportunity: We are seeking a visionary and technically-proficient Senior Product Manager to lead our "Digital Pulse" squad. This squad is the central engine of our data ecosystem, responsible for building and managing the platform that integrates data from all sources, transforms it, and makes it available for analytics, visualization, and AI-driven insights.

You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our data platform product. You will define the strategy and roadmap for how we ingest, process, store, and serve data, enabling stakeholders across the organization to make faster, data-informed decisions. If you are passionate about building robust data products and have a deep understanding of data modeling, transformation, and analytics, this is the perfect role for you.

What You'Ll Be Doing:

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define, own, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Digital Pulse data platform, ensuring alignment with the goals of the Customer Success tribe and the wider organization.
  • Requirements & Backlog Management: Collaborate with stakeholder squads (like Value Measurement, Customer Insights, and Survey Sense) to gather requirements. Translate these needs into a prioritized product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
  • Data Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end process for the data platform, including the design of data integration from various sources, the ETL/transformation process, and storage in our cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Enable Analytics & Visualization: Ensure the data is modeled and structured effectively to be consumed by visualization platforms (like Power BI or Tableau) and other analytics services, enabling self-service insights for our stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with a dedicated team of Data Architects, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and QA professionals to execute the product roadmap and deliver a reliable, scalable data platform.
  • Data Governance & Quality: Partner with the Data Architect to champion data quality, integrity, and governance standards across the platform, ensuring our data is accurate and trustworthy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Digital Pulse squad. Proactively communicate progress, timelines, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.

What You'Ll Need:

  • Experience: 10+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on data-centric products such as data warehousing, data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, or business intelligence/analytics.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of modern data architecture, including data lakes, data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery), data modeling concepts, and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to work with data and an understanding of how data is used to power analytics, reporting, and machine learning models.
  • Agile Proficiency: Extensive experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, managing product backlogs, and writing clear, concise user stories.
  • Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Interdependencies:
  • You will work closely with the Value Measurement squad to understand the KPI and data requirements.
  • You will provide the foundational data layer for the Customer Insights squad to power their AI-based platform.
  • You will integrate and process feedback data collected by the Voice of Customer squad.
