We are seeking an International Campaign Specialist to join our agile and digitally focused International Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to directly contribute to the University's success by driving international student applications and enrolments.

This role sits within the International Office, a division of the Strategic Engagement portfolio. The International Office is at the forefront of the University's global presence, leading on international student recruitment, partnerships, and reputation-building activities.

You will work closely with our wider team, including the Performance and Content Specialists, on day-to-day tasks. This role will contribute to the success of raising awareness and driving engagement, which will lead to increased international applications and enrolments at the University.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), fixed-term position, expected to run for 9 to 12 months. The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000, negotiable depending on skills and experience.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Campaign Management support: Supporting the implementation of digital campaigns and marketing activities, ensuring they run smoothly and meet deadlines.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Using data from platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics to provide strategic recommendations on ad creative, targeting, and optimisation.
  • A/B Testing: Developing and implementing new A/B testing strategies to continually improve our international marketing efforts and contribute to our marketing playbook.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with our wider team to enhance our digital presence and performance.

You are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing. You know how to collaborate with those around you while still being able to set aside time for high-focus, detailed activities.

We are seeking | E rapua ana mātou

  • Qualifications: A qualification in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Advertising, or Creative Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Around 2-3 years of experience in a performance marketing role, ideally from a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Skills: A strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
