Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Merchant Onboarding Executive to assist with the company’s efforts to implement our products at client locations. This position is responsible for coordination with customers, sales team and inputting all information necessary into the product database for existing and new project implementations. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential for this position. Data entry experience or knowledge of an ecommerce business is preferred.
The Employee will be required to work as per Singapore or Australia timings, as defined by her reporting manager.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Operations and Sales team to get restaurant menus and pictures in structured format.
- Enter new Menu information, update existing Menu information into the product database
- Liaise with Design team for timely roll out designs for new installations
- Transcribe information accurately and in a timely manner
- Own and report on the performance of assigned accounts, providing insights and updates as needed
- Serve as the key point of contact throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new merchants
The Employee, as per business needs, may be required to undertake any other such duties as may be assigned in line with the employee’s position, skills, and capabilities.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Data entry experience preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply
- Experienced with Windows, IE, MS Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox
- Ability to work independently under pressure to meet service levels agreement
- Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
- Knowledge of web-based business, basic photo editing skills a plus.
- Self motivated and excellent customer handling skills
- Experience in similar role will be a plus
- Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking merchants and stakeholders
