Job Description
The LATAM Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping Cricut’s digital presence across key marketplaces in Latin America, including Amazon, Mercado Livre, and other emerging platforms. We are seeking a strategic and creative leader, passionate about the crafting space, who thrives on ownership and excels in a fast-paced environment. This role will oversee marketplace strategy—spanning product page optimization, asset development, paid search and display advertising, international marketplace growth, and strategic partnerships with platform teams—to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The LATAM Marketing Manager will also collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and social media teams to ensure Cricut’s brand is consistently impactful across all e-commerce channels.
What You'Ll Do
- Lead marketing and product setup initiatives on Mercado Livre, driving effective positioning and growth in Latin American markets.
- Manage DSP marketing agency relationships, budgets, and strategy.
- Set up and manage Amazon Search and Display campaigns, optimizing performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with and present marketing strategy to the Executive Team.
- Facilitate marketplace strategies across Amazon, Walmart, and other platforms.
- Oversee product page setup and management for Amazon.
- Own paid media strategy (on- and off-platform) for Amazon, including campaign setup, optimizations, and reporting; partner with each channel’s advertising teams to identify unique opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with channel-specific sales growth goals.
- Create and manage brand store content.
- Design and launch custom carousel images, enhanced content (Basic and Premium A+), and other digital assets.
- Test and experiment with Amazon marketing tactics (Content A/B testing, Email campaigns, Brand Posts, etc.).
- Own and launch media strategies for emerging e-commerce platforms.
- Partner with internal teams to manage the catalog lifecycle, lead product launches, and ensure Cricut’s brand consistency across all e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, graphic design, or related field.
- Fluent or proficient in Spanish.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- 6–8+ years of experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central.
- 6–8+ years of experience with Amazon Advertising or similar e-commerce advertising platforms.
- Hands-on experience setting up and managing Amazon Search and Display campaigns.
- Proven experience with Mercado Livre marketing and product setup.
- Extensive experience managing 1P (first-party) retail partnerships (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central), with strong knowledge of forecasting, pricing, supply chain logistics, and retail media performance; 3P (third-party) marketplace experience is a plus.
- Experience in display and video advertising, including Amazon DSP and/or OTT campaigns across connected TV and streaming platforms.
- Photoshop/image design experience strongly preferred.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, product, and brand marketing.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn content management platforms (e.g., Salsify).
- Passion for the customer and a drive to deliver best-in-class shopping experiences.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills; ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
