Your Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate the seamless adoption of new technologies across diverse industries and geographical locations for our clients.
- Proactively identify challenges and devise effective responses to enhance adaptability while mitigating resistance.
- Drive key initiatives by actively participating in project, sponsor, and change management meetings.
- Design and implement tailored strategies encompassing discovery, planning, feedback, and the establishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure a smooth implementation process.
- Develop communication plans that reinforce and support organizational change.
- Coach/Mentor super users to become change champions.
- Conduct impact assessments, evaluate change readiness, and identify stakeholders to gauge the full scope of change impact.
- Work with the various project management and project teams to support training and communication efforts and integrate change management activities into the project plan.
- Conduct readiness assessments and lead the deployment of resistance strategies, including the facilitation of change agent workshops.
- Establish and manage feedback mechanisms to foster continuous improvement and adaptation.
- Develop and implement client and internal stakeholder analysis plans to enhance communication and engagement.
- Provide ongoing support for adoption post go-live, ensuring a sustained and successful transition.
Your Skills And Experience:
- 8+ years in management and/or technology consulting with a focus on change management for 3+ years.
- Experience leading a minimum of 5 enterprise-wide change management projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of Organizational Change Management
- Ability to be a self-starter, team player, and effective leader in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business or Management Studies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent a plus.
